Preparation | We used 5-chloro-2-nitroaniline as raw material, and reacted with 4 steps of iodination, acetylation protection, trifluoromethylation and deacetylation to obtain 5-chloro-2-nitro-4-(trifluoromethyl) aniline intermediate in a higher yield. After continuous exploration, the yield of trifluoromethylation can reach 78%. The synthesis of 5-chloro-2-nitro-4-(trifluoromethyl) aniline mainly includes: iodide, acetylation protection, trifluoromethylation and deacetylation 4-step reaction, the synthesis route is shown in Figure 1.
